How is Lessona for Schools billed?
School subscriptions are invoiced annually, direct to the school, at a transparent per-teacher rate. One contract covers every teacher on your staff. No credit cards, no per-seat negotiation, no surprise upsells.
What is the per-teacher price for schools?
School pricing is set per teacher and is cheaper than individual teacher subscriptions. The exact rate depends on staff size and term length. Send an enquiry through the form on this page and Stephen or Emma will reply within two working days with a quote tailored to your school.
What are the contract terms?
Standard school contracts run for 12 months from the start date you choose. There is no minimum staff size. The contract covers every teacher on your roll, including new hires during the contract period. We do not lock schools into multi-year terms.
How long does rollout take?
Most schools are up and running within one working week. We provide a starter session with you and any lead teachers, set up your school context (curriculum, year levels, terminology), and your staff sign in with their own emails. Priority support is included for the duration of the contract.
Can a school cancel or get a refund?
Refund terms for school agreements are set in the contract you sign with us. We aim to be fair: if Lessona is not working for your staff in the first term, we will discuss a partial refund or contract adjustment. After the first term, refunds are at our discretion based on usage and circumstances.
